At Seven Hills Psychology, our Clinical and Neuropsychologists provide expert witness services for UK legal cases, including the Civil Courts and Court of Protection. We offer comprehensive medico-legal assessments and reports for personal injury and clinical negligence claims, as well as specialist mental capacity assessments, providing clear, evidence-based insights for complex situations.
Our expertise includes:
- Civil Courts: Assessing the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral consequences of injuries. We provide detailed psychology reports for court.
- Court of Protection: Providing specialist mental capacity evaluations for a range of decisions.

Clinical Neuropsychology
We provide specialist Clinical Neuropsychology services for adults, accepting referrals from individuals, clinical teams, case managers, and legal services for a range of neuropsychological issues.
Our Clinical Neuropsychologists offer comprehensive assessment following traumatic and acquired brain injury, stroke, neurological illness and functional neurological symptoms.
Using evidence-based integration of clinical formulation and standardised psychometric tests, we support both clients and the Courts in the identification of cognitive, emotional and behavioural effects of neurological injury, and support in identification of person-centred rehabilitation plans.
